• Returns and refunds are accepted within 7 days of receiving your order.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.

• Sale items, promotional items, and custom orders are not eligible for return or refund.

• Once approved, you will receive instructions on returning the item.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

• Refunds will be processed as store credit or to the original payment method, depending on the case.

• Processing time for refunds is 7-14 business days after the returned item is received.

4. Defective or Incorrect Items

• If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
